Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
Sharma CEO OS is operated by Dreamnalot as a private, read-only CEO attention system. This policy explains how the service handles Google user data.
What data we access
Only after a Google account owner authorises access, the service may access:
- Gmail: message and thread identifiers, sender and recipient information, subjects, timestamps, labels, snippets, and message content needed to identify obligations, deadlines, risks, failures, security notices, or other attention items.
- Google Calendar: event identifiers, titles, descriptions, dates, times, recurrence, status, location, attendee information, and update metadata needed to identify obligations, conflicts, cancellations, deadlines, and revisions.
- Account information: the authorised Google account identity and OAuth authorisation information needed to keep connected accounts separate.
The service uses the read-only scopes gmail.readonly and calendar.events.readonly.
Why we use this data
Google data is used only to:
- classify messages and events for CEO attention;
- prepare private briefings and evidence;
- identify deadlines, obligations, conflicts, cancellations, risks, and service failures; and
- keep each authorised account’s data separate.
Sharma CEO OS does not send, modify, delete, label, or archive Gmail messages. It does not create, modify, or delete Google Calendar events.
How data is stored
OAuth refresh tokens are stored separately for each authorised account in restricted server-side application configuration. Google passwords are never collected or stored.
Google data is processed within the private Sharma CEO OS service. The service retains only the information needed for attention items, evidence, and operation. Google user data is not published on this website.
Sharing and advertising
Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
Sharma CEO OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Data may be processed by service providers used to host or operate Sharma CEO OS, solely for providing the requested service and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.
Your choices
You can revoke Sharma CEO OS access from your Google Account’s third-party app permissions. Revocation stops future Gmail and Calendar reads.

We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The latest version will be published at this URL.
